Vicky was hired by Douglas Orr Plumbing, Inc. in 2002 and has been a valuable employee ever since. Initially, she was hired as a purchasing agent, and then she moved onto customer service where she proved to be exceptionally skilled. After just one year of working in the service department, she was promoted to Service Manager due to her impressive capabilities.

Vicky is always looking for new and exciting ways to improve our service department and she understands how important it is to maintain excellent customer relations. She is an integral part of keeping our customers happy and satisfied and her warm demeanor is appreciated by all.

However, Vicky is able to manage these operations pleasantly and efficiently day in and day out. She always maintains her smile and composure, even under the most stressful conditions.
