Vicky began working at Douglas Orr Plumbing, Inc. in 2002. Originally, she was hired as a purchasing agent and a year later was moved into customer service where she excelled. After a year of working in the Service Department, Vicky was promoted to Service Manager. She is constantly looking for ways to improve the department and realizes the importance of good service and keeping the customers satisfied.
The service department at Douglas Orr Plumbing, Inc. operates at high speeds with great demands and Vicky maintains her utmost composure to give the courtesy, respect and time that each customer deserves.
