Tom Gray
Superintendent
Tom Gray began working in Miami as a plumber apprentice in 1973. He joined Douglas Orr Plumbing, Inc. in 1984 as a Job Foreman and then became Doug’s right hand man as Superintendent in 1985.
Tom has developed many relationships over the years and has earned a very positive reputation. His current duties include supervision over all contract jobs, hiring and terminating personnel, and making sure all jobs are being held up to the Douglas Orr Plumbing, Inc. standard. The company would not be where it is today without the hard work and leadership that Tom has given over the years. He ensures that all plumbers have complete knowledge of the job they are assigned to and confirms that they have everything the need to complete the job efficiently. Nothing slips through the cracks with Tom Gray and that is why so many contractors enjoy working with him. They know the job will not only be done the right way, but in the most efficient manner possible.
