Henry Salvador
Service Superintendent
After graduating from Plumbers Local Union 519 in 1985, Henry Salvador began his own company. In 1987, Henry met Doug on a jobsite and decided he would like to work at Douglas Orr Plumbing, Inc. as a service technician. In 1992, Henry left the company to become the organizer at Local Union 519 and then returned in 1995 as an estimator/project manager. In 2004, Henry became the Service Superintendant and currently remains in that position.
Over the course of the years, Henry has always had a passion for the trade and was a plumbing instructor at MDCC from 1986-1991. He was also an instructor at Plumbers Local Union 519 from 1992 – 1995 and currently serves on the Dade County Board of Rules and Appeals.
Henry Salvador is an asset to not only the service department, but to the company as well based on all the years of experience both in the classroom and out in the field. He runs a solid staff of plumbers and expects nothing less the perfection from them. He too believes in the philosophy that this company was built on and strives to maintain a reputable service department that far exceeds and any and all expectations set by his customers.
